PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductor using a thermal conductive filler capable of applying a high thermal transfer property with a fewer filling amount.SOLUTION: Provided is the thermal conductor including a carbon particle and resin, and the carbon particle comprises a core and belt-like graphite extending from the core. The carbon particle is obtained by graphitization of a specific crystalline polyimide particle.
