The present invention relates to SIRT1 proteins, a pharmaceutical composition including polynucleotides encoding the SIRT1 protein or expression vectors which also includes the polynucleotides and is used for gene therapies for the prevention and treatment of diseases due to the overexpression of ATF4, a composition for inhibiting the expression of the ATF4, and a method thereof. The composition including the SIRT1 proteins can suppress the accumulation of the ATF4 in cells, thereby reducing or suppressing the ER stress. Accordingly, the present invention can be used to prevent and treat the diseases caused or exacerbated by the over expression of ATF4 or by ER stress. |
