PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, electronic apparatus, and driving method of a display device with which unevenness of luminance of a specific part can be reduced in controlling the brightness independently for each light source of a side light source.SOLUTION: A display device stores a correction look-up table for each light source obtained by suppressing, with respect to a look-up table for each light source having information on a light intensity distribution in which a plane of an image display panel is irradiated with incident light made incident from light sources from a light guide plate, a peak component of the light intensity distribution when all the light sources are lit at the same degree of light source lighting quantity; and controls the light source lighting quantity of the light sources on the basis of information on the correction look-up table for each light source and an input signal of an image.
