The present invention relates to a marker for diagnosing a coronary artery disease comprising CD31 or a fragment thereof. More specifically, when the CD31 or a fragment thereof shows a high expression level in a biological sample, the marker can diagnose an individual of a relevant sample to have a coronary artery disease or have a high risk of getting a coronary artery disease in the future.
