The present invention is an opening and closing cap opening and closing a nozzle communicated with a container or an outlet of molten steel formed in the container. The present invention comprises: a cap block extended in a longitudinal direction and of which a diameter is formed to be greater than or equal to the diameter of the nozzle and of which one end comes in contact with the outlet or the nozzle to cover the outlet or the nozzle; and a cap head connected to the other end of the cap block and protruding toward the outside to have larger buoyancy than the molten steel. The present invention prevents the outlet formed in the container or the nozzle communicated with the same from being blocked. |
