PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of high precision image recording in such a structure that record paper is curved into an undulated shape while recording an image to prevent the paper from floating from a platen by reducing variation in amplitude of undulations formed by a sheet.SOLUTION: A printer unit includes: a recording unit which ejects ink onto record paper from an upper of a transport passage; a platen for supporting the record paper during image recording; and a plurality of pressing members 90A to 90I provided separately in a left-right direction 9 above the platen for pressing the record paper toward a platen side. The record paper is interposed between a plurality of ribs 85A to 85T formed on the platen along a transport direction of the record paper and the pressing members 90A to 90I from above and below to be curved into an undulated shape. Tips on upstream sides of the transport direction of the ribs 85A to 85T are located at upstream sides as the ribs close to a center side. |
