The present invention relates to a mothproof screen apparatus of a hinged window and a hinge door to be opened to an inside and, more specifically, relates to a mothproof screen apparatus for a hinged window and a hinged door allowing an architrave (20) of a window frame (10) to be opened on the inside which comprises a mothproof screen holder (30), a mothproof screen frame (40), and a fixing wedge (50). The mothproof holder (30) fixates a mothproof screen (31) by inserting together a screen fixing part (33) with an outer peripheral part of the mothproof screen (31) into a screen fixing groove (32) in a manner to prevent a releasing of the screen fixing part (33) and the outer peripheral part of the mothproof screen (31); and the screen fixing groove (32) being formed by allowing a main surface is recessed to a predetermined depth along an inner peripheral part of an external surface of the mothproof holder (30). The mothproof screen holder frame (40) comprises: a separation prevention wall (44), with which an external surface of the mothproof frame (30) comes into contact; and a wedge groove (45) with a predetermined width and a predetermined depth formed on an inside diameter surface thereof to allow the mothproof screen holder (30) to come into close contact with the separation prevention wall (44), the separation prevention wall (44) having one side surface fastened to a screw along an external side of an expanded plate surface (11) expanded with a predetermined length in a direction where the expanded plate surface (11) faces an external surface of the window frame (10), and the other side extended with a predetermined length in a direction where the other surface and one surface face each other. The fixing wedge (50) is forcibly inserted into the wedge (45) formed on the mothproof screen frame (40) to fixate the mothproof screen holder (30), which comes into close contact with the separation prevention wall (44) in order to prevent the mothproof screen holder (30) from being moved inside and outside.
