<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator which allows for manufacturing cost reduction, by facilitating assembly of a stator composed of split cores, while maintaining a high space factor.SOLUTION: Space factor of windings U1-U4, V1-V4, W1-W4 of respective phases is enhanced by forming first through third winding groups G1-G3 where the split cores (first through twelfth split cores C1-C12) forming the windings U1-U4, V1-V4, W1-W4 are continuous at an interval D for each phase. In each split core of the first through third winding groups G1-G3, a split core of two other winding groups is interposed between adjacent split cores of the interval D, thus connecting respective split cores of the first through third winding groups G1-G3 alternately in one direction in a predetermined order. Respective split cores thus connected are made annular simply and easily.</p> |
