<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed fluid separation machine capable of preferably separating sludge from mixed fluid of used working liquid and to provide a sludge recovery device using the mixed fluid separation machine.SOLUTION: Sludge is separated and removed by filtering mixed fluid sucked and supplied to a mixed fluid separation machine 3 with filter cloth 10 of a filtration part 5. The filter cloth 10 is clogged by attachment of sludge, however, such a pressure fluctuation that high and low pressure change is repeated between the upstream side and the downstream side partitioned by the filter cloth 10 is repeatedly caused by pressure fluctuation due to flow of the mixed fluid dropping into the filter cloth 10 and pulsation of mixed fluid sucked by a case main body 4 and the attachment and separation of sludge for the filter cloth 10 in accordance with the pressure fluctuation. As the result, the filter cloth 10 does not cause the clogging due to the attachment and deposition of sludge and can continue efficient filtration function over a long time.</p> |
