PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel use of a compound group comprising rapamycin and its derivatives.SOLUTION: A treating agent for various solid tumors includes rapamycin and its derivatives, particularly, 40-O-(2-hydroxyethyl)-rapamycin as active ingredients. Also, a combination composition of the above compounds and an aromatase inhibitor is provided, particularly to be used for treatment of breast cancer. |
