PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform distribution processing according to a workflow to scan data and electronic data that has already been electronized.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: flow selection means for receiving, from one or more workflows including one or more types of data processing executed to image data, a workflow selected by a user; data designation means for receiving, in executing data distribution processing included in the selected workflow, the designation of electronic data to be distributed with the image data; image acquisition means for acquiring the image data in the execution of the selected workflow; and limiting means for limiting the electronic data to be distributed with the acquired image data on the basis of attribute information on the image data. |
