<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure that can suppress transfer from vibration of a motor housing to a transmission case and reduce the vibration itself.SOLUTION: A stator 32 of a motor 30 and a motor housing 34 are fastened to each other at three places. The motor housing 34 is fastened to an engine 22 at the positions corresponding to antinodes of annular tertiary oscillation of the motor housing 34, and fastened to the transmission case 44 at the positions corresponding to nodes of the annular tertiary oscillation of the motor housing 34. Accordingly, the vibration itself to the motor housing 34 can be reduced, and transfer of the vibration from the motor housing 34 to the transmission case 44 can be suppressed.</p> |
