The present invention provides a method for encoding a 3D image which includes the steps of: deriving a merge candidate; determining whether the change of the priority of the merge candidate is necessary; changing the priority of the merge candidate if the change of the priority is necessary; and adding the merge candidate on a merge candidate list based on the changed priority of the merge candidate.
