The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasound apparatus. The high intensity focused ultrasound apparatus for operating gynecology diseases and curing of vaginal contract according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a handle part for adjustment of a surgeon; an insertion part inserted into the vagina during operation, and formed on the front end of the handle part; a ultrasound treatment transducer generating a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU); a driver driving an ultrasound treatment transducer; and a controller controlling the driver.
