<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner solving the inconvenience due to poor drainage of condensate water, preventing contamination of the inside of a room or household goods by leakage of condensate water to the outside of the machine, and facilitating a piping work of a drainpipe. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner is equipped with: a drain pan receiving the condensate water generated by a heat exchanger; a bottom plate disposed on a lower part of an air conditioner body and having a pan structure capable of holding the water; a sub drainpipe disposed on the bottom plate and having one end extended to the outside of the air conditioner body; main drain piping having one end connected to a main drainage port provided on the drain pan and the other end extended to the outside of the machine; and sub drain piping having one end connected to a sub drainage port provided in a position higher than the main drainage port of the drain pan and the other end opened toward the bottom plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
