PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SOFC combined power generation system capable of appropriately maintaining a differential pressure between a fuel gas and air in an SOFC power generation apparatus generated at the time of an emergency shutdown and at the time of normal start-up and shutdown of the SOFC combined power generation system, and further to provide an operation method thereof.SOLUTION: An SOFC combined power generation system comprises: a solid oxide fuel cell, SOFC, 13 having an air electrode and a fuel electrode; and a gas turbine power generation apparatus 11 driven by an exhaust fuel gas 31A and exhaust air 18B exhausted from the SOFC 13. A purge gas supply line L11 comprises: a first purge gas supply line 41; and a second purge gas supply line 42 that has a flow rate less than that of the first purge gas supply line 41 while being connected to the first purge gas supply line 41 in parallel. An exhaust fuel gas exhausting line L7 comprises: a first exhaust fuel gas exhausting line 51; and a second exhaust fuel gas exhausting line 52 that has a flow rate less than that of the first exhaust fuel gas exhausting line 51 while being connected to the first exhaust fuel gas exhausting line 51 in parallel. |
