<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading apparatus and a program for correcting a color shift in different achromatic regions with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An image reading apparatus, when image data having a maximum pixel value is taken as a correction object in a boundary region as a region in the middle of a change from a white region to a black region (steps 258 and 260), corrects a color shift by two-point interpolation between this image data and corresponding image data generated before this image data (step 264), and when image data having a minimum pixel value is taken as a correction object (steps 258 and 270), corrects a color shift by two-point interpolation between this image data and corresponding image data generated after this image data (step 264). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
