<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rectifier circuit whose rectification efficiency can be enhanced even when a high-frequency power inputted from the outside is small. <P>SOLUTION: The rectifier circuit comprises: a first filter which allows an input high-frequency wave to pass therethrough and cuts off a DC; a transistor which has a first terminal to which a periodic voltage having the same frequency as the high-frequency wave is applied, a second terminal connected to the first filter, and a grounded third terminal and rectifies the high-frequency wave; and a second filter which is connected to a connection point between the first filter and the second terminal, cuts off the high-frequency wave, and outputs a DC rectified by the transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
