<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level detector having improved sealability. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid level detector F comprises a case 9 that houses a detection part 4, and a terminal member 7 that receives a detection signal from the detection part 4 and sends the signal to outside the terminal member 7. A shaft section 71 of the terminal member 7 is provided with a flange part 72 on the outer peripheral surface thereof; one end of the shaft section 71 is provided with a contact part 73 connecting to the detection part 4 on a circuit board 3; the other end of the shaft section 71 is provided with a caulked part 74 that is cylindrical and that connects to a wiring cord 8; the case 9 comprises a terminal housing part 91 that is cylindrical and that houses and holds the terminal member 7; an inner wall part 91a of the terminal housing part 91 is provided with a step part 71b; and the inner wall part 91a of the terminal housing part 91 is provided with a first seal member 101 that seals the gap between the wiring cord 8 and the inner wall part 91a, and a second seal member 102 that seals the gap between the flange part 72 and a step part 91b provided on the inner wall part 91a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
