<p>Systems and methods are provided for pharmaceutical patient assessment. A prescription fill request may be received by a computer. The prescription fill request may include a patient identifier. The computer may utilize the patient identifier to determine whether a patient is eligible for a pharmaceutical patient assessment. If the patient is eligible, the pharmacy computer may transmit a notification of the eligibility to a pharmacy device. The computer may receive, from the pharmacy device, pharmaceutical patient assessment information indicating the pharmaceutical patient assessment was performed.</p>
