<p>Disclosed is a production method for an organic electroluminescence device wherein an anode (4), a cathode (8) and an organic emitting layer (6) are stacked on a substrate (2), and the organic emitting layer (6) is formed between the anode (4) and the cathode (8). In this production method, the substrate (2), which has zonal pattern and is stacked with the anode (4), the cathode (8) and the organic emitting layer (6), is cut in a perpendicular direction relative to the extension direction of the zonal pattern at right angles under inert gas atmosphere, whereupon the cut section of the substrate (2) is sealed with the use of an encapsulant (14).</p> |
