<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fiber-reinforced resin plate material having high rigidity without increasing the number of processes. <P>SOLUTION: A metal member such as a square tube 12 is arranged at least at a part of a sheet-shaped product 13 having a prepreg where a thermosetting resin is immersed in a long fiber, both-side ends of the sheet-shaped product 13 are wound around the square tube 12, and a preform 14 is manufactured by covering the external periphery of the square tube 12 and so forth. Next, the preform is compression-molded by using a metal mold, and the FRP plate material having the two square tubes 12 is manufactured at a single face of a flat FRP plate material body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
