摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for forming a sealing film, which does not cause creases (film abnormality) on the surface of the sealing film even when an article to be treated is heated to 100°C or higher after the formation of the sealing film; and a method for manufacturing a lithium secondary battery.SOLUTION: An isocyanate material including either or both of 1,3-bis(isocyanate methyl)cyclohexane and 4,4'-methylene bis(cyclohexyl isocyanate) and an amine material including one or both of 4,4-methylene bis(cyclohexylamine) and 1,3-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane are heated separately to generate vapor, and the vapor is allowed together to reach the surface of an object to be treated so that a polyurea film 16ais formed. An alumina target is sputtered so that alumina particles reach the surface of the object to be treated on which the polyurea film 16ais exposed, thus forming an alumina film 16con the surface of the polyurea film 16a.
