<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device that requires less maintenance costs for the cleaning device than before. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning device is configured to include: a first unit that causes a first upper sub-unit casing 106c to hold a first cleaning brush roller 102, a first recovery roller 103, and a first scraping-off blade 104; and a second unit that causes a first lower sub-unit casing 106d to hold a first screw 105.
