<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a rising block with which an anchor bolt is accurately erected on a floor slab without applying a load to the floor slab during anchor bolt construction while using leveling hardware used for installing the rising block. <P>SOLUTION: According to a construction method of a rising block, a hole 2a of a predetermined depth is punched in a floor slab 2 by a drill. Thereafter, while screwing leveling hardware 4 to an anchor bolt 3, a nut 21 and a washer 22 at a lower end side of the anchor bolt 3 are inserted into the hole 2a in the floor slab 2. At such a time, a holding piece 4b of the leveling hardware 4 is installed on a surface of the floor slab 2 with the nut 21 at the lower end side of the anchor bolt 3 floating from a bottom of the hole 2a. In such a state, grout G2 is injected from a grout injection unit P into the hole 2a. After the grout G is hardened, in order to form a joint part M, the leveling hardware 4 is moved up to a predetermined height dimension H from the surface of the floor slab 2 while turning the leveling hardware 4.
