generating a first data stream based on a plurality of input streams of CSI reports or a combination of a plurality of input streams of CSI reports and HARQ feedbacks; and transmitting the first data stream to a network of the wireless communication system, wherein generating the first data stream based on the plurality of input streams of CSI reports or the combination of the plurality of input streams of CSI reports and HARQ feedbacks comprises:
multiplexing the plurality of input streams of CSI reports or the combination of the plurality of input streams of CSI reports and HARQ feedbacks into a plurality of second data streams;encoding the plurality of second data streams into a plurality of third data streams through a Reed-Muller code; andmultiplexing the plurality of third data streams into the first data stream.
