METAL PLATE, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VAPOR-DEPOSITION MASK USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate capable of being used for manufacturing a vapor-deposition mask which has limited fluctuations in a dimension and a position of through holes and high corrosion prevention performance.SOLUTION: With 100 percent by mass representing total mass of iron, nickel and chrome included in at least one of a pair of superficial layers of a metal plate, at least one superficial layer is made of an iron alloy including nickel of 34 to 38 percent by mass, chrome of not less than 0.1 percent by mass and iron of remaining percent by mass. With 100 percent by mass representing total mass of respective constituent elements included in a bulk layer of the metal plate, the bulk layer is made of the iron alloy including nickel of 34 to 38 percent by mass, chrome of less than 0.1 percent by mass and iron and inevitable impurities of remaining percent by mass.
