<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor etc., capable of distinguishing and measuring organic and inorganic substances with high accuracy in a trace substance measurement.SOLUTION: The sensor unit used for analysis of distinguishing and measuring organic and inorganic substances comprises: a substance sensitive sensor having a photocatalyst layer including a photocatalyst apatite on the surface, contacted with an object to be measured and having an oscillation frequency varied by a coating weight of the object to be measured; an ultraviolet irradiation light source for irradiating the substance sensitive sensor with an ultraviolet ray; and temperature variation suppression means for suppressing the temperature variation of the substance sensitive sensor.</p> |
