<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film forming apparatus capable of uniformizing an amount of a powder stuck to the inner wall of a passage through which the powder passes, in the film forming apparatus by a cold spray method.SOLUTION: A film forming apparatus comprises: a gas powder mixing part 10 for mixing gas and a powder to supply the mixture to a nozzle 5; a gas chamber 11 communicated with the gas powder mixing part 10 through at least one gas passing port 13a and for introducing the gas into the gas powder mixing part 10; a powder supply pipe 12 supplying the powder to the gas powder mixing part 10, penetrating the gas chamber 11, having a powder ejection port 12a protruded to the gas powder mixing part 10 and arranged in the direction of the tip of the nozzle 5; and a rectification part 14 provided in the periphery of the powder supply pipe 12 in the gas chamber 11 and for rectifying the gas introduced into the gas chamber 11 to pass it through the gas passing port 13a.</p> |
