<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of displaying recommend information on the basis of a subjective determination by a user himself/herself or any other person, a control method of the display device, and a program.SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes: an affinity information input part 110 which inputs affinity information indicating affinity between contents; an affinity degree display part 140 for displaying a degree of affinity between contents being loaded to a player; a recommend display part 150 for displaying contents which should be recommended to the user; and a display control part 150 which performs display control on the affinity degree display part 140 and the recommend display part 150 on the basis of the affinity information. While contents are loaded to a plurality of players, the display control part 150 displays the degree of affinity between the contents on the affinity degree display part 140. While any arbitrary contents are selected from a music list or loaded to a player, the display control part 150 displays any other contents having good affinity with the arbitrary contents on the recommend display part 150.</p> |
