<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston type compressor in which leakage of residual gas from a bypass passage for flowing the residual gas is reduced.SOLUTION: In a piston type compressor, a rotary valve 40 is formed at one end side portion 11 of a rotating shaft. The rotary valve 40 has an inlet port 41 which sequentially brings plural bores into communication with a supply passage via conduction passages 341-344 to let the bores suck in refrigerant gas, and a bypass passage 43 which is configured to, in a state that internal pressure of a bore is higher than internal pressure of a following bore situated next to the former bore, put the first conduction passage 341 of the bore into communication with the second conduction passage 342 of the following bore. The bypass passage 43 is a groove formed linearly along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 10 and lies in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft 10.</p> |
