<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preparing treated water, in which whether deterioration of the ion exchange capacity of an anion exchange resin is caused by temporal deterioration or a regeneration failure can be determined distinctively with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The apparatus for preparing treated water includes: an ion exchange unit 11 which comprises an ion exchange tower and into which raw water W11 is introduced to prepare the treated water W13; a first measurement part 14 for measuring the electrical conductivity or specific resistance of the treated water W13; a second measurement part 15 for measuring the concentration of silica in the treated water W13; and a control part 16 for controlling the first measurement part 14 and the second measurement part 15. The control part 16 conducts the first control so that the first measurement part 14 is controlled to measure the electrical conductivity or specific resistance of the treated water W13, when it is judged that the measured electrical conductivity or specific resistance does not exist within a predetermined range, the second measurement part 15 is controlled to measure the concentration of silica, and when it is judged that the measured concentration of silica does not exist within another predetermined range, an abnormality report preparation signal is outputted.</p> |
