PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked film capacitor, capacitor module, and power conversion system capable of suppressing a replacement cost.SOLUTION: A stacked film capacitor 100 comprises: a stacked body of a plurality of layers obtained by alternately stacking a first film obtained by forming a first internal electrode on a dielectric film 11 and a second film obtained by forming a second internal electrode 13 on a dielectric film 11; a first metallikon part connected to the first internal electrode 1; and a second metallikon part 15 connected to the second internal electrode 13. Principal faces (face ABCD, face EFGH) of the stacked body have trapezoid shapes when being seen from the direction in which the first films and the second films are stacked. |
