<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switched reluctance motor capable of reducing the torque ripple while suppressing the reduction in motor torque.SOLUTION: At a front end part 9b on the front side in the rotation direction of a rotor 3 in an end surfaces 9a opposite to a stator salient pole of a rotor salient pole 9, a protruding strip part 10 is provided along the axial direction. The protruding strip part 10 is formed so as to be tapered toward the front in the rotation direction. The protruding strip part 10 is provided so that, when length of one side connecting the front end part 9b in contact with the rotor salient pole 9 and a base point P1 is 'a', and the length of a side 10b of the inner part, that is, the length between the base point P1 of the protruding strip part 10 and a peak P2 in the front in the rotation direction is 'b' in a cross sectional shape along the horizontal direction orthogonal to the axial direction, the flatness ratio (b/a) of the protruding strip part 10 satisfies 1≤(b/a)≤1.7.</p> |
