<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal light detector, a thermal light detection device, and an electronic apparatus which can have improved yield.SOLUTION: A thermal light detector 1 includes a base member 10, a post 20 standing on the base member 10, a support member 30 supported by the post 20, a heat detecting element 40 supported by the support member 30 so that a cavity is interposed between the heat detecting element 40 and the base member 10, and a light absorbing layer 50 formed on the heat detecting element 40 and employs a configuration in which the support member 30 includes a body part 31 supporting the heat detecting element 40 and the light absorbing layer 50, a connection part 32 connected to the post 20, and an arm part 33 connecting the body part 31 and the connection part 32, and a first connection part 33A in which the arm part 33 is connected to the body part 31 includes a first wide part 70 in which the arm part 33 is made partially wide.</p> |
