PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for turning a nut which allows for holding a nut by means of a holding mechanism provided in a cylindrical nut holding member in the indirect work, and for fastening the nut in the held state to the threads of a bolt by rotating the nut together with the nut holding member.SOLUTION: A tool 1 for turning a nut has a case 2 having an internal space 21 and opening at least on one side, a nut housing member 3 to be housed rotatably in the space 21 of the case 2, a rotation transmission part 4 for rotating the nut housing member 3, and a chrysanthemum structure 5 provided on the outside of the case 2. The nut housing member 3 is a cylinder having an internal space 31 and opening on the same side as the opening 21a of the space 21, and capable of housing a nut 300 in the space 31, and is provided with a holding mechanism 33 in the space 31. The holding mechanism 33 has a structure for holding the nut 300 while sandwiching from both sides by means of abutting portions 33a, 33b. |
