PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an information processing apparatus and an information processing method which can identify the locus of a mobile body even when an interval between positions indicated by positional information on the mobile body is large.SOLUTION: A program 12P which is used in an information processing apparatus 1 for performing processing of identifying the locus on which one mobile body moves on the basis of a plurality of pieces of positional information on the one mobile body, makes the information processing apparatus 1 execute processing of identifying one or a plurality of pieces of positional information on another mobile body indicating positions existing in the vicinity of positions indicated by the plurality of pieces of positional information on the one mobile body, and associating the one or the plurality of pieces of positional information on the other mobile body with the plurality of pieces of positional information on the one mobile body on the basis of relationship between the positions indicated by the specified one or the plurality of pieces of positional information on the other mobile body and the positions indicated by the plurality of pieces of positional information on the one mobile body.
