<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system and information processing apparatus which can improve security by performing authentication on the basis of identification information transmitted from an identification information transmission device.SOLUTION: An information processing system which comprises an identification information transmission device, electronic equipment, and an information processing apparatus comprises: first transmission means which transmits first identification information for uniquely identifying the identification information transmission device or a space area where the identification information transmission device is installed; second transmission means which transmits authentication information including the first identification information and second identification information for uniquely identifying the electronic equipment; and authentication means which controls so as to perform prescribed processing when the information processing apparatus performs authentication of the electronic equipment and the authentication is succeeded on the basis of the authentication information.</p> |
