FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: rotary piston ICE comprises stator, side covers, rotor, ignition system, atomizer, compressor or turbosupercharger system, oil pump, cooling system and seals. Stator inner surface cross-section is an ellipse. Rotor cross-section is shaped to Reuleaux triangle. U-like vanes shaped to rectangular pistons are fitted in the grooves of rotor vertices. Volumes between inner surface of the pistons, rotor and side covers make an invariable total oil volume. Constant pressure is maintained in said total volume by oil injection by oil pump. Wear-proof inserts are fitted at tops of pistons. Atomizer is fitted in the stator on stator working opening vertical mirror axis. Ignition system is composed of two spark plugs is arranged in the stator first and fourth quarters (at counting clockwise from stator working opening vertical mirror axis. Discharge opening is made at second half of the stator third quarter.
