<p>The present invention relates to a urethane resin binder composition for forming an adhesive coating layer and to an optical film including the same. More specifically, the urethane resin binder composition includes two different kinds of urethane resin, which have different particles and different molecular weights and are produced by polymerizing an isocyanate, polyol, and a chain extender including bisphenol A. The adhesive coating layer, formed by using a water-dispersible urethane binder, of the present invention not only has excellent mechanical strength but also does not cause diamond imprints, generated by a vacuum roll during a slitting process.</p> |
