<p>The cost for producing a sperm collector, which is configured in a manner such that two openable/closable case pieces support a core piece formed from a gel-like resin, is reduced by dramatically reducing the amount of expensive gel-like resin used. Disclosed is a production device for a sperm collector, which is provided with: a first die (51) which stabilizes case pieces (4) respectively disposed with an elastic porous member (10) on the inner surface while the case pieces are arranged close to each other; a second die (60) which houses the case pieces and the elastic porous members within a molding space formed between the first die (51) and the second die (60) and which is provided with a molding surface facing each of the inner surfaces of the elastic porous member; and a resin flow path (70) which injects a gel-like resin (75) in a molten state while compressing and deforming the elastic porous members by pushing the inner surface of the elastic porous members while the case pieces and the elastic porous members are housed within the molding space.</p> |
