The present invention relates to a power distribution line, and to a method for constructing a power distribution line using a combined overhead ground wire and extra high voltage neutral line having a separated installation structure for an extra high voltage neutral line and a low voltage neutral line, which: allows simultaneous functioning of the overhead ground wire serving as a shield from lightning strikes, the extra high voltage neutral line serving as a return circuit for unbalanced current and fault current, and an optical communication line for constructing a communication network, in a power distribution line, thereby reducing short circuit breakdowns of a power line by a decrease in lightning over-voltage so as to improve power quality and obtain excellent lightning strike shielding effects, saving construction cost and improving construction quality and aesthetic in a city by simplifying a power distribution facility, and preventing short circuit breakdown of the overhead ground wire, the extra high voltage neutral line and the optical communication line; allows the optical communication line to be leased to a communication service provider so as to make large profits and enable high added value of an electric power facility; and separates the extra high voltage neutral line and the low voltage neutral line from each other so as to prevent, and the like, short circuit breakdown of a secondary neutral line contact point of a transformer or short circuit breakdown caused by a connection of heterogeneous metals of a secondary drop wire (copper) of a transformer and the extra high voltage neutral line (aluminum), thereby improving power quality. |
