<p>The present invention relates to a thermal insulation waterproof material for recovering alkali, a manufacturing method of the same, and a complex waterproof method and an insulation repair method using the same. More particularly, the invention comprises: 51 to 72 wt% of a cation-based emulsified asphalt; 3 to 5 wt% of a styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) which is a polymer modifier; 8 to 12 wt% of a process oil; 2 to 4 wt% of an adhesion promoter; 1 to 2 wt% of an antioxidant; 4 to 12 wt% of an aqueous lithium silicate; 2 to 4 wt% of a heat reversible polymer; 2 to 3 wt% of an insuladd; 2 to 3 wt% of a charcoal; 1 to 2 wt% of an emulsifier; 1 to 2 wt% of an anti-freezing agent; and 2 to 3 wt% of an anti-fouling and acidity control agent. Therefore, the present invention provides the thermal insulation waterproof material for recovering alkali, the manufacturing method of the same, and the complex waterproof method and the insulation repair method using the same wherein after waterproof construction by reacting with calcium ions in an aging concrete and thereby enabling a continuous recovery of alkali, a particle component of an emulsified asphalt penetrates deeply into fine pores of the concrete, thereby durability and waterproof properties are improved, a thermal insulation by an insuladd, a fine powder of muck and a charcoal is reinforced, thereby, a thermal insulation of a structure can be improved.</p> |
