PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic matter removal device capable of reducing residue of granular material in a storage container and efficiently removing magnetic matter contained in the granular material.SOLUTION: A storage container 2 stores a plurality of adsorption bodies 1 which adsorb magnetic matter in granular material with a magnetic force. An inlet pipe part 3 for supplying the granular material is connected to an upper part of the storage container 2 and the storage container is squeezed toward the inlet pipe part 3 at an inlet side squeeze part 6. Further, an outlet pipe part 4 for discharging the supplied granular material to an external part is connected to a lower part of the storage container 2 and the storage container is squeezed in the plane direction toward the outlet pipe part 4 at an outlet side squeeze part 7. Further, a vent hole 5 is disposed planarly at a position opposite to the outlet pipe part 4 on a lower part of the storage container 2. When the granular material is pneumatically fed, air is introduced from the vent hole 5 into the storage container 2, turbulent flow is generated in the storage container 2 together with air from the inlet pipe part 3 and the granular material stagnating on the bottom part of the storage container 2 is curled up by the turbulent flow and is moved to the outlet pipe part 4. |
