<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin seat back spring that can stabilize a shape change in a resin spring part in a high temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: In this resin seat back spring 20, a back spring body part 62 (a resin spring part) is extended between right-left frame installing parts 42 installed in right-left side frames 26 in a seat back frame. This back spring body part 62 is curved to project to the seat back rear side when viewed from the seat back height direction. Thus, in the high temperature environment, the back spring body part 62 extends to further project to the seat back rear side.
