1. The shock-absorbing device is designed especially for railway automatic couplers. Unique characteristics: The supporting plate (11, 24) is equipped with the stretching arms (12), which end with the catches (17). Between the stretching arms, there is a sleeve (3, 18) with at least one jut (8, 21) on its external surface, and the jut has the restraining surface (9, 22). The sleeve ends with the bottom (5, 19) and contains the elastomer shock-absorber (1). The bottom part (10) of the shock-absorber is adjacent to the supporting plate (11,24).
