<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device capable of quickly and accurately processing a clip used for wiring and piping, which has different angles made between a curved section and flat plate sections on both ends of the curved section, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The forming device includes: support members 71, 74 for mounting a coated material; a vertical pressing member 51 for deforming a workpiece W by moving in a vertical direction; a processing member 61 moved to the vertical pressing member 51 moved downward in the vertical direction; moving members 52, 53 used for the vertical pressing member, which reciprocatively moves the vertical pressing member 51 in the vertical direction; and moving members 62, 63 used for the processing member 61, which make the processing member 61 reciprocatively move in a direction separated from a direction turned to the vertical pressing member 51 moved downward in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
