Provided are a calling method, calling device, VOIP server and calling system, the calling method comprising: a VOIP server receives a first calling request forwarded by a first VOIP gateway and including a local identifier; the VOIP server, according to a pre-stored association, acquires a target identifier corresponding to the local identifier; the VOIP server searches for a visited area GMSC to which the target identifier belongs; and the VOIP server transmits to the visited area GMSC a second calling request comprising the target identifier to allow the visited area GMSC to call the target identifier. By employing an embodiment of the present invention, as long as a home network and a visited area network respectively interconnect with a VOIP network, a local call can be answered by using the target identifier at a visited area after call forwarding in which a user converts a number into a VOIP network gateway number before starting the local identifier, thus facilitating the process. |
