FLOATING PLATFORM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR KEEPING FLOATING STATE AND STABILITY IN LOADING AND UNLOADING PROCESSES

Disclosed is a floating platform provided with a plurality of layers of cabins in the height direction of the floating platform, wherein in the fully loaded state and the loading and unloading processes, the gravity centre of each layer of cabins is always located on a vertical line where the gravity centre of the whole floating platform is located; a plurality of annular cabins are separated cabins with volumes in a geometric progression: the volume ratio of every two adjacent cabins positioned one above the other is equal to the inverse ratio of the density of liquid stored in the cabins; and in the actual loading process, simply by adjusting crude oil or seawater loaded in the different layers of cabins, a constant displacement of the floating platform can be guaranteed all the time, and the position of the water plane keeps unchanged, so as to ensure that the floating platform can always have the optimum hydrodynamic performance.
