The present invention relates to a massage and acupressure mask. The mask comprises: an acupressure massage unit for performing a massage function; and a housing body which includes a control unit for controlling the acupressure massage unit and the acupressure massage unit installed on the inner side thereof, and functions as an entire case. The housing body: has a shape of a mask corresponding to a face to be positioned on the face of a user; and comprises: an outer housing which formally maintains the form of the mask, has a space in which the acupressure massage unit is installed, formed on the inner side thereof, and enables operation of the acupressure massage unit to be delivered to the face of the user as a lower portion thereof is opened; and a skin contact unit which enables the acupressure massage unit to be embedded therein, with the outer housing, in response to the opened lower portion of the outer housing. In addition, the skin contact unit is coupled to the outer housing and is made of a soft material. According to the present invention, an effective acupressure massage can be provided to the entire face, and the height of the acupressure massage unit of the acupressure massage mask can be automatically adjusted in response to a curve or an outline of the face. |
